The 1967 model of the Ford Mustang was the first time that the Ford Mustang got any major redesign. The 1967 year model got some big v8 engines installed, and the stock mustangs (390/4 speed) could get a 1/4 of a mile done in about 13-14 seconds, and could reach speeds in excess of 105 mph.
